I recently received an email from another backer and the news isn't promising:
"Emails to Chris sent back as non deliverable and website and forums down. Heard nothing about settlement payouts etc."
Has anyone else had better luck with any communication? This really doesn't align with the stated intent to do what he can. Will be reaching out to others to see if I can get an official on the record response.
I’m looking for a home for one of the few prototypes produced - the device is located in the Bay Area. Any help would be appreciated.

ReplyDeleteThe backer money was used to do development work and they ran out of money. Backer money should be used for production transition of an already working prototype, not R&D.
I am told, a dividend will be payable provided the main asset (the beer brewing equipment and IP attached to it) are sold. Chris is currently working on this at the minute. Until this happens there can be no dividend payment. So love to know if this will ever happen.
